A. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is provided for all U.S. orders through USPS First Class Package Service.

B. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling Time: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Transit Time: Deliveries usually take 1-2 business days via USPS First Class.

C. Delivery Method

All shipments are sent via USPS First Class Package Service.

D. Address Changes

Once an order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. For address modifications, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

E. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. For returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

F. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you have already accepted the package, please contact customer service for assistance.
